I found Rosy through a friend who had a beautiful birth experience with her, and from our very first meeting, I knew I wanted her to be part of my journey.

I had many doubts about giving birth in the United States, since my first experience was in Cuba. This time, I wanted to feel prepared, confident, and in control of the process. I started working with Rosy around 22 weeks of pregnancy, and from that moment on, she became a constant and essential presence. Each week we did exercises, talked about my birth plan, and she helped me release fears while giving me the tools—physically and emotionally—to be ready for the big day.

When the time came, everything was perfect. Rosy guided me from the moment I was admitted to the hospital, gave me calm and strength, and paid attention to every single detail. Even after my baby was born, she stayed by my side for hours, making sure I was okay and comfortable.

I am really glad and happy I decided to go with Rosy from Blooming Bellies for my pregnancy and labor experience. I am a first time mom and was nervous about having a good pregnancy and delivery, Rosy walked me and my partner through the different stages. Rosy, guided me through excersies to prepare for birth, answered any questions or worries I had about development, nursing, and delivery. She really supported my goal of having a natural birth and kept on supporting me when that was no longer a possible and ended up with c-section. We worked together until the last day to see if I could go into labor, she help me walk, do lunges, stretches with the peanut ball, and more. She was amazing with me and my partner, she always made ensure to include him in this experience as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in a doula.
